    No More Ply

Does anyone use a primer with No More Ply before tiling, the booklet with it recommends SBR latex based primer. I've still got some Mapei primer G leftover from doing the walls , would that be acceptable to use instead or would it be best to get some SBR anyway? Thanks for any info
