Just a reminder of the box sets available from 365-Drills.
There are two to choose from. The ultimate is just that a full set of diamond cores and tools..
The essential is a box set of popluar pipe sizes. Plenty of 6mm and 8mm. And the tools.
Above is the Essential with 12 cores. (Plus...
I normally would use a rapid set when tiling a floor but with how hot it's been lately I opted to use keraflex maxi which has 8 hour pot life and says is set to light foot traffic after 24 hours.. ... I found after I had spread the floor and bedded the tiles I couldn't move them after about 10...
hell, it was hard work!, only a 6m floor on bathroom I've been working on, but it took 3 mixes with the heat setting it so quick. I would've used standard set but I need the rapid so I could shift gear back in there overnight....now topping up my liquid with a coupla' ciders ;)
Can there a more dusty, unhealthy adhesive to mix?
I know it will probably say on the side of the bag mix in a well ventilated area, but today it wouldn't have mattered if you mixed it in the middle of a field, you would have still ended up with a pair of nostrils coated in white dust.
Weber...

A guy I know, who's a tiler, posted this on Facebook this morning, I sent a couple of comments back, what do you think?
I actually spoke to him last week in tile giant & told me he still used PVA.
He can tile as well but as the thread says too stuck in his ways.
Normally use rapid set flexible adhesive for walls and floors, but getting a bit sick of working fast.
Whats the standard set of choice for walls ? Flexy white. At a reasonable price. And available at ctd.
