Hey all, just got a Karl Dahm recently to go with my existing pull rapid as have a load of large areas to do recently. Just wanted to see (as the roller plate moves around quite a lot) if it will settle down over time.

Was browsing through Tesco direct and came across the rubi washboy set with the 2 floats and a sponge for £35 new, free standard delivery and if you spend over £100 you get £10 off £200 you get £20 off total order.
Don't know if thats useful for others putting together their kit or for anyone...

We forgot to lift my Karl Dahm washboy off a job & had to use my mates Rubi washboy on another job.
This is the 1st time i have used 1 & i think it will be the last. :thumbsdown:
Not impressed with it at all, it runs the sponge far too wet, even after 5/6 runs over the rollers.

has anyone else used these washboy sponges RAIMONDI One Piece 'Sweepex' Sponge Float 12x26 RA395UG | eBay i find them to be the best i have used in ages i have grouted over 400m2 with one of them and its still gd as new so anyone out there looking for a decen washboy sponge i highly recomend...
