20sqm Porcelain floor tiles - Harlow,Essex

Hi,
I require the hall and bathroom floor to be tiled.
The carpet has been removed leaving the original screeded concrete.
All timber frames and skirting removed (I'll be renewing this once the tiling is done)
20sqm Large format 600x600 matt porcelain tiles (I will supply).
Price required for labour/adhesive/grout.

Location: Harlow, Essex.

Additional Info:
I'm currently carrying out an extensive refurbishment of the property.
This job is available now.
To follow ... I will require pricing for tiling 2 bathrooms and a Kitchen.
