Just wondered your opinions on the above in s/e england

About 60sm of area laid on ditra matting, Price to include adhesive grout and sealer .

Im thinking about £40 per sm

Any thoughts ?

2 man job laying those bad boys if the subfloor is flat then the price is okayish ,whose fitting the ditra?

probs 50 a m2 hard work also depends on number of cuts definately a 2 man job

have to keep these so clean also so gloves all the way no dirty finger marks etc hope you get the job gl

It depends which one it is ,softer limestones drink sealer the harder types take less
