A cuppa.( drink at a work)

I take a cup of good strong coffee in a travel mug thing and drink it on the way to site/stores. I try not to drink anymore tea or coffee through the day. I take a litre of squash or water, and attempt to drink that. I normally forget though and end up glugging loads on the drive home after realising how bloomin thirsty I am!

Drinking and driving ????

Honestly, I dont want 10yrs in the Scrubs, so I pull over and each and every layby and have a sip. This also negates any need for common sense, which means I can concentrate even more on driving.
