Joking aside though. The posts are on public property aren't they? Surely you could actually do him for causing an obstruction? Damages to your wifes car due to the obstruction making it difficult to get out of your space.
Posts are quite low, i should imagine difficult to see if reversing up to them 😉

Yes agree the more I think about it the more I am just going to go on the offensive.

If he comes to my door I will tell him I know nothing about it and to P*** o***

remove them just dont damage them, get him out when your finished and hand them to him so you wont be liable if he falls over them. or put up your owns just inside your property

i would tell him you are going to sue him send him a letter and then do nothing else

Those things need levelling with the help of a van and then concrete the area so he can't dig new holes 🙂

for someone that is desperate to keep people off his property he seems to have no problem standing on next doors roof or placing his 'keep out' sign half way over the other neighbours boundry line
