coming out of leeds yesterday evening just got on m621 when bang tyre blown managed to get on hard shoulder ,thank god we were just joining the motor way doing about 50mph if it had blown any later we would have been doing about 90 mph as my pal who was driving dont hang about
tyre shredded , no spare , rang AA who arrived 50 mins later took us back into leeds, beeston kwik fit new tyre £86 they know how to charge

Lucky stuff mate, had it happen to me once but like you I managed to get to the hard shoulder.

Happened to me 2 years ago but there was no hard shoulder, Norway not to hot with then, lucky for me there was a bus stop to put my space saver spare on which looked daft and attracted pointing and laughs till new tyre went on. Was horrible changing it with vehicles whizzing past inchs away.
