For a briccolina blade ??????
Well bit the bullet today and purchased one of these baby's from EMC £113.50 and blade think about £21 ish, haven't had time to study it yet but have got a couple of splashy's lined up to test it out.
Anyone know, the guide rail is it easily removed as I believe it has to screwthreads holding it in place?
The Briccolina is only good for small and brittle ceramic tiles. Even with a new and superior blade, this cutter cannot handle anything more than a 200 mm soft ceramic tile due to it's weak motor. Small and compact, it is useful for kitchen wall tiles, but apart from that, don't bother putting it in the van.
It does cut everything, eventually, but it's a small and weak machine that has major limits. In other words: it's completely unsuited for heavy work.
