clutch went on my van on friday

garage phoned today, 3rd and 4th gears went to,

new clutch and gearbox, £500 lighter and i'll get it back today

looks like i'm working the weekend now lol



think i'll let them wait for 30days and see how they like it :lol:

oh dear mate. never had that prob always get a new one and rag it to max then sell it b 4 somthing goes wrong. but not always easy option if u got mortgage bills and family i understand just put it on bit by bit on qoutes

Vans are one of the biggest and most expensive of tilers tools, always try to put a little to one side for the maitenance of it, without wheels,no work,you can get lucky with a good one or unlucky with a pig, just have to try to look after them best you can. Dont be afraid to charge for the use of it, all part of the expenses....Gaz

it wasn't that expensive tbh £2000 a year n half ago for a v reg transit
