Giving up smoking is dead easy i've done it thousands of times.



After 25 years smoking I gave up 5 years ago, then about 14 months ago a young fella threw himself in front of my train and first thing I did was ask for a ciggie.
Got to start all over again.

No my bodys a temple.Why would I want to do something that tastes horrible,makes you smell,will ultimately kill you and put a big whole in your pocket(£5 for a pack of 20 what the f**k).
