Priced 3 bathrooms for a bloke the other day 1 is 18m walls and 6m floor in travertine. 2 is 9m walls, 3.5m floor including forming a shower tray, in ceramics. 3 is 8.5m walls and 2.5 floor, again forming shower tray, in ceramics. I priced at £1320, price includes labour, adi, grout, trims, and any sealing. I think this is a reasonable if not cheap price. He has just sent me a email, askingfor a break down of the charges, as he thinks its expensive for 4 days work, dont know where he got that bit from, as i think it would take me more like 7 - 9 days. Does any one else think its too expensive i'd be gratefull for your comments.

Sounds on the cheap side to me Phil, he is also paying for your expertise and peace of mind, show him the pictures that poor old carpy posted.
Stick with the price Phil if your happy.

i would be looking for about £1600-1800 if i was supplying mats,ask him who the tiler is that can do that in 4 days and get his phone number(he must have as S on his t-shirt)..........:lol::lol::lol:

im not to familiar with with pricing just as yet, but i thought it more than fair,

Some people dont understand the prep takes near on twice the time as the tiling

im just going by what ive done so far, which is not alot, one kitchen i done, took me half a day longer than it took to tile it. ripping old tiles off, cleaning walls and filling holes took me a day, tiling and grouting took me 6hours. maybe its just me, dont you it does then sir ramic
