Ohh, as I am by now well known for my dislike of Mr Trumpeduptrump, I take great delight in this video - Obama responding to Trump's ludicrous media circus questioning Obama's place of birth and therefor his right to be president... dead funny.

That's a stunner. hahaha - Had me in stitches. Well done Obama. I can't stand Trump either.

The first you heard? Donald Trump wants to run for President (seriously) and very seriously claimed that Obama wasn't an American and therefor was not entitled to be president at all, it was quite a subject a few weeks back. So Obama was literally forced by this resulting sensationalism all over the press and people out for his blood to provide proof that he was indeed born on US soil, to a white mother and a black father. .. wow, don't get me started ....

Nope, it was posted by me, earlier on, Dan responded to it... but we all think it's good, obviously....

I dont partucularly like or dislike him any more than all these other fat cats allthough his haircut is sooooo bad!! The greed in this word is sickening though, but you know what MG, when your deed your deed and you cant take it with you! The video also shows obama to be quite a funny cool guy, he is just another puppet!

Neither of you obviously followed the story - Obama didn't have a choice, he HAD to prove where he was born... he had ignored it for weeks...

G, Trump is a buffoon and the President of the United States should have let Trump run his mouth and confirm for all of us that he (Trump) is nothing more than a self-aggrandizing blowhard with yet another agenda to build up "Trump, Inc." There are plenty more of Trump's ilk who will make challenges in the media, whether or not they have a legitimate cause to do so.

This issue of where Obama was born was mishandled, in my opinion, by his campaign from Day One (long before Trump tried to insert himself in to the fray).

I don't doubt that Obama was born in Hawaii, but I do wonder why he and his campaign never showed his original birth certificate (which he supposedly possesses). The document that was presented as his Birth Certificate during the campaign was not his Birth Certificate, but instead was a confirmation that his birth record was on file with the State of Hawaii. I followed the story closely during the campaign (and afterwords when the various court challenges were being made), in part because I was born in Hawaii not long after Barack Obama was born in Hawaii. My birth certificate doesn't resemble what his campaign was presenting to the press as his birth certificate. I think there was some sloppy reporting, and some sloppy attention to detail by his campaign. At some point, it seemed to me that there was a reason that so many were so obtuse with the facts and unable to pose the relatively few pointed and direct questions which would have cleared the entire matter. For some reason, I didn't see much of any of that logical and direct questioning and answering going on.

Whenever a politician plays games like this, I suspect there is an agenda that he or she is trying to conceal. I can only speculate what Obama and his campaign were trying to accomplish with their strategy (if it could be called that), but that really doesn't matter now. I do think "rising to the challenge" from someone so insignificant (on the political stage) as Donald Trump was a mistake on the part of the Obama Administration.

I did follow the story G and Obama had already proved his point by producing the relevant paperwork. I just think it was beneath a man of his position and should have got one of his sidekicks to do it, if at all.
