Don't change lanes at the toll plaza!

I knew it would happen someday....I see this all the time....people are always changing lanes at the toll plaza at the last instant because they think the next line over will get through the booth 15 seconds faster.

My men were on the way home today and saw this one. This driver and his passengers are lucky they aren't dead.

I went into Liverpool when the mighty Reds had their superb win in Europe in 2005? (Ed will correct me) as I got to the barrier to pay it fell off and landed on the ground, I looked at the cashier and grinned............Then I just drove through followed by loads of other cars making a mad dash to my lane.

Dave, what might not be apparent in the picture is that there are these concrete battlements that divide each toll lane (to protect the toll booth worker). That car is wedged between that concrete thing and the dump truck.:yikes: A couple of feet farther and I think it would have been certain death for the people in the car.

I give dump trucks a WIDE BERTH.
