went to see a job today. galaxy tiles (with sparkling bits) 600x300 grouted with grey KERAPOXY and silver glitter. Tiler made a bad job with washing off a grout and left runs on tiles. Customer has tried LTP stuff to remove runs but still can be seen as sun is hitting the walls. And down lights to be connected yet.....have u guys any ideas of getting residue removed ,like polishing pad or some chemicals....Thanks for advice
