Filling hole in floor before tiling

Hi All I need advise on how I go about filling hole in picture before I can tile the tray with mosaic tiles?

What size mosaics are you using ?. There will be a point load issue with smaller mosaics on extruded foam trays.

Imo too small but do check with tray suppliers as most are 50mm x 50mm min.

What is going there … is that getting covered where the waste pipe is..

Yes that’s all getting covered with the mosaic tile.

I can’t see how your going to make it strong enough to accept mosaics tbh.
