ezewarm. I've installed plenty of ditra heart e too. Love it but it's only worthwhile if you can save on time. If the floor needs leveling as this one did, then loose cables with wedi boards is far more cost effective.

I use Ezewarm mats all the time, great service from Russel.
Are those boards Jackon from CTD m8?
I see you said wedi but I thought they looked like Jackon.

Yes they are the ctd boards. Well spotted! Just for insulation so wedi would be overkill.

Where do you get the Ezewarm gear from? googled for it but only a couple of suppliers came up and can't see those fixing strips anywhere.

Mats (if sticky) and boards are fine, done correctly and a decent leveller over matting then shouldnt get much dovetailing.

however, variopro is getting great feedback. cable with an uncoupling membraine

Has it got any insulation built into the mat? @Lee@TileTown and how much on average does it cost per Mt?

Hi @JulianSidney no this mat has no insulation, ive priced this up a few times against the other one on the market and normally half the price.

heres some more info should you require it Vario PRO electric underfloor heating and uncoupling membrane

I have a good idea of what the 'other one' cost, so if possible half the price then sound a good deal if the floor need uncoupling as well.
I think I heard the 'other one' are bring one out with some insulation built-in!
What do you recommend for insulation and thickness for the Vatio system?

Delta Boards (other makes are available) Thermal Tile Backer would be my insulation. Cant comment on t'other matt/roll as ive not seen it.
