Floor preperation advice

I've got to build up a floor at home ASAP, as a new kitchen is being delivered on Friday, and it needs to be tiled before then.
Issue is that the floor runs out 40mm so was thinking about using 40mm insulated boards. My usual tile place only stock up to 20mm.
So, any other options? Or where can I get decent 40mm boards quickly?

Or get down to CTD they had mapei renovation screed on offer last time I was in

Probably an expensive route but, you could just double up on the 20mm boards.

Are the Xp pro boards cement coated ? Not just bare foam as pic are they

No CTD near me. Was hoping to pick some boards up tomorrow and found a place in Notts that do 40mm ones, if in stock.
Would it work what @Tile seller said? It did cross my mind!

10m2. I've never bulked out slc, is it granite chippings? If so, where sells it?

40mm isn't that dramatic, BAL Level Max or the like would be my choice, one hit and absolute piece of mind, simple 🙂

Expensive way of doing it though
