Used to use granfix products all the time when i worked for tiling comp in the 90,s but when i left i moved over to bal..no going back now.....but granfix was ok-ish..

I have been usingGranfix supergrip for a few weeks now as i bought 11 tubs (buy 10 get 1 free) and personnally im using it up then not getting it again..
It is fantastic for its grip quality but on two of the jobs i done it has taken 2 days sometimes 3 for it to dry and i only been tiling onto painted but primed surfaces and on acouple of occasions the odd 1 or 2 tiles have fallen off and the adhesive has'nt stuck to the tile this has been the day after and when scraping off the old addy to put tile back on the addy has still been wet never had this problem for nearly 2 years have been using webber for 12 mnths and BAL before that..
Any way going back onto webber next week..

The simplest thing is matty..once a fixer finds an adhesive that works for them then stick with it.....

You know that never entered my head :mad2: The thing is as it is called 'ready mixed' you expect it to do what it says on the tin or tub
