a full tile on the sill left a half inch joint and im not a bodger so tried me best to make it nicer than that... although the tile comes up short on the rap around but its better than a big joint i.m.o, what would you have done?

I can't be bothered to read through the whole thread, but is there a reason you haven't taken your grinder back, as it will still be under warranty!?!
