Honestly m8, Health and Safety nightmare, there was just no way i could take the chance because the parents didn't seem to mind the fact that their kids were playing tiggy around a wet saw. I was ****tin meself in case one of them got hurt, i rell you i have never cleared my gear away so fast, just threw it in me car and washed it all when i got home.

Or take it as lesson learn't that you should take your spirit to the quote and suffer the pain of doing the job lol :)

Believe me, i'll be taking my level with me to every quote from now on, just saw it was a brand new kitchen and ASSUMED it would be level, assumed being the problem.

This week - another bloody dog. Except this time, when I was wet cutting in the back garden, the neighbours dog would wait until the tile was screaming through the wheel, and bark its head off. Of course, when that cutting noise is going through your ears and the concentration is max, I shlt my pants every time that damn thing barked.

Lovely dog though.....

Customer wasn't in today when i got to the job. Phoned them and they told me they was sorry, but they had to leave for work early, that they had left me a key and that i should let myself in and make a start. This was fine but they had boxes of plain tiles which i was expecting, and boxes of patterned tiles that i wasn't. I phoned the customer and they explained they saw the patterned tiles and liked them. They then went on to explain over the phone exactly where abouts they wanted the patterned tiles to be placed. Thinking i had it all worked out i made a start. Just had a phone call saying the tiles are not where they wanted them and could i take them down tomorrow and put them in again where they show me. :( Someone slap me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
