Help on Mosiac

Hi, The bed being only 3mm, must be very shallow! what happens if the walls run out? Jeff

you've lost me now jeff....if u mean the walls running out as to using a 3mm trowel. then you need to make sure walls are very flat for best results with mosaics......as mosaics show every deviaton in the walls when it comes to corners..etc..

cheap 6x6 tiles are cheaper and fix with backbutter method to get solid fix for mosaics...

tanking is a term for waterproofing the walls etc.... there is a thread on it in the forum....

Also mapei keraquick adhesive - rapid set and regular - you can get this in white/grey (won't show through the cracks) normally a fair bit cheaper than BAL, just as good - just done mosaics in this worked well.
Tile Giant seem to do mapei stuff quite a bit.
Need a limestone colour grout to go with it to.
