What do you mean by a plunge cut? Is that cutting the tile from above the wet cutter?

Plunge cut "technically" means from above i.e. with a table saw.
This is by far the best way, cutting from the front where you can see the tile clearly.

My method is like a reverse plunge cut - on a smaller wet cutter with the guards off, exposing the blade. This way you cut from the rear, dropping the tile onto the blade.

there is absolutely no need to buy the drill bits to do this type of cut!!

just plunge using a angle grinder from the top down or wet cutter from the bottom up..why the drill bits in the corners?? the price of the drill bits would buy you a cheap plasplugs wet cutter with a disc inc..
