Hi would like some advice , been to look at a floor 16m2, concrete two door ways, to be tiled with travertine with under floor heating lose wire, there are two crowns in the floor these are between 8-15 mm hire than the surrounding floor and a slope in one door way in the corner or 35mm below crown. Concrete is c35 so to hard to grind down thought about using slc with 3mm gravel to bulk out but can only get pea gravel would appreciate you thoughts and ideas. Thanks

Just finished helping a mate tile his kitchen floor with 330x330 ceramics, the floor had a couple of high spots of about 12 mm as well as a few dips and slopes, he had already started laying at the higher level so the rest of the tiles had to be built up to that level , absolute nightmare job, took at least twice as long , laying-lifting-more addy-relay etc etc, much better to spend the time to get the floor close to flat, far less stress and frustration.
