I work mainly on my own, but do employ the odd lad for humping stuff around,unpacking mosaic,mixing S&C, grouting ,and anything i teach them to do, but as jobs are so up & down they move on ! same as when i get a really big job come -up i'am not in the position to take them on ! it can all be a pain in the rear sometimes LOL

Im a one woman band 🙂, I have been let down by others as their work wasnt up to scratch (mainly with mosaics). But I do know another female tiler I worked with in the past and would have her help me again.
Its my reputation on the line, simples.

I am out on my own too ... this is my 1st year been self-employed it has it good point and its bad points as well... I dont have to do repair work or some else snagging line ... like a regular trail of destruction what was happen before when working for big tiling companies in Glasgow.. Just finding work and keeping a steady run of it I am still struggling with.

Just me. Bust sometimes i do slave my little brother when he got time off uni. Did have some pople working for me:
-first ended up in mental hospital schizophrenia.
- second was somoking weed on the job
- third was drinking vodka on the job
after that experiance i do one man band tour. Have no trust
