In terms of direct jobs off forum I would say none although I have directed customers to this website when quoting just to try and prove my point and show I'm no cowboy. That has helped get the job.
The reason I have a website now is because of this forum and that has got me loads of jobs, also the tile giant extra forum discount has saved me a few quid too! And the u heat discount!! Plus the information gained from other members is pretty priceless!!

ive done quite well out of the forum,
firm im working for at mo i found through the forum , and there only a few miles from me and i had never heard of them
all working away and long hrs , but i think with the present climate you have to be prepared to go any were , which i am

As Dean for me, although I don't come on TF to get work. I have had quite a few jobs directly or indirectly from the forum, I also point customers to TF to confirm my advice. I have had loads of help from members especially Dan. So a big thanks to Dan and all TF members. The best tilers forum imo.

I am not sure I could quantify it. However I can say with some degree of confidence that TF has stopped me losing quite as much. 🙂

I have nt had any work from the furom but I never joined to get some, I have gained a lot of knowlodge which is invaluable, but also the things like jotm and checking other tilers work out give is very interesting to me because I have been tiling for near 20 years and it's great to keep on learning off other tilers and finding out about new tools and tiles that are out there to make the job easier

I don't mind people knowing how much this forum has benefited me, in fact I'd like people to know that the more you put in, the more you get back. I'm not quite into 5 figures yet from forum/forum related work, but it's getting close, probably 9k, not bad in 18 months.
