Would one of theose grout colourant/sealer kits not go the job?

As long as the discolouration is only on the surface of the grout,use fine sandpaper to rub the joints it should take the surface off and the grout will look new.

this is what i would do it is amazingly quick as well once finished seal it with sealguard it will be fine
