Haven’t used it in a couple of years but going to need it a lot this year as lots of stone jobs in the pipeline

Using my Bosch variable speed grinder that I purchased last year to replace my old flex which finally gave up the ghost. Have been using with Sait pads to half bullnose and polish marble skirting tiles that I cut over these past few days. I cannot believe the amount of dust that is getting into motor, you have to run it at full speed and shake/turn it for a while until there is no more plumes coming out of vents. Also you can hear the change in noise from the motor as an indication to clear it! Never had this problem with my Flex and wondering if the Bosch is maybe too light for stone work or design fault? Anybody else noticed this?

I use a Makita variable speed for that type of work, the Bosch just isn't man enough , and over heats to much when running slow. Only good enough to drill a few holes with on a lower speed.
