I did a quarry floor in a small cafe 15 years ago fixed to sterling board told the owner to take it up as it would not last long ,he said no carry on,so went ahead and tiled it about 30m2 all materials bought from Wickes including the adhesive, that shop has changed hands now about four times and the floor is still solid and not a cracked tile, every time I go past that cafe it just amazes me that it has not lifted.

And then just to top it all, shower tray out this morning and.....well lets say.....just a small chisel and pop.....it was up.

Just a few blobs of silicon that's all it was holding it down.

It comes in 3 parts apparently, one part holds 140 bottles of wine and you can keep an apple fresh for 3 months in it as it renews the air inside every 20 mins. Had it shipped in from USA.

Welcome to Sub-Zero & Wolf

Was intrested in this fridge myself, until I seen it only holds 140 bottles of wine.
wouldn't get the misses past wednesday without re-stocking.

Suprised to hear that, must be no moisture movement & must be pretty firm!
Wouldn't do it myself even still

The cafe owner was a good friend so he knew that I did not want to tile on the board so he said that it would be down to him if there was a problem ,would not do it normally, just cant believe its still solid, its a seaside cafe so gets a lot of foot traffic in the summer. And the adhesive was not flexable.
