I've just come back from a couple of hours on the climbing wall, luckily i've always been quite fit, but since I started this climbing game I've discovered muscles that I didn't know I had getting an oh so healthy ache for a couple of days..good stuff

A spot of forest trails on my mountain bike does the trick, I love the night time cycles with lights on our helmets.
I haven't got out this year yet though, bad me.

In German that 's called a 'Muskelkater' = 'muscle hangover' and it's a good thing to be proud of in Germany, sign of having worked hard...

I go to the gym, 20mins running machine, 2 sets of 15 reps on various weights then finish with 15mins on the bike, but to be honest i've been by passing the gym part and heading straight to their swiming pool for a dip then spend the rest of it in the steam room:lol: (I will get motivated to head to the gym part first thou) before hitting the steam room!

I go 4 times a week, throw around the biggest weights I can manage with good form then go home. I love doing weights but hate doing anything else lol. I used to do slot of boxing but i work a funny shift pattern so makes it hard goof to classes.

If im honest im not fit at all. Im not in bad sahpe dont get me wrong but i dont actively keep fit. I want too but just dont seem to get the time. Since i had my thyroid sorted i have lost a ton of weight (not literally of course) and i feel that i could do well with fitness just lack the time.

Hi Grr, Fiona swims, spins and does light free weights now as that's all she's really allowed to do. She was still doing 10k runs at four months, them gradually reduced the distance she ran. It all depends on what you did before you were preggers. If you were active before then it's fine to continue as long as you're comfortable with it, but best consult your midwife and gp for best advice. Best thing I could say is don't get caught up in all the hype and tripe the comes with being pregnant. Enjoy it to the max as everything else is out of your hands.

used to cycle 20 miles every day 7 days a week,now only 5 miles a day 4 days a week (not at the moe due to torn calf),swim 1-2 times a week,gym twice a week....

on the ps3 me thumbs are in great shape
