Are they easy enough to manoeuvre in though - they look like you would have to stand up every time you moved further down a stretch?

Haven't yet.. keep meaning to phone dave direct to order but for the last few days had no phone signal to contact him during office hours... going to order thurs or fri...deffo.

i just do a knee walk rather than keep getting up

No problem mate, they are bulky but you do get used to them, like a shock absorber

I use Nailers gel filled pads,i have a pair of the Platinum knee pads but they just look ridiculous.

at over 20 stone i think i will be looking at buying these anything that takes pressure of me poor knees
