The Legend; Phil Hobson RIP

I'm all for licensing and it'd work well in commercial contracts but for a high percentage of domestic work there would be a lot of customers saving money by going for an unlicensed tiler.

But staying on topic, the unlicensed tilers would probably be using Rubis.
