Hi,

I will be doing my first limestone job any tips how is it worst or easier to
work with than ceramic, porcelain?
The customer has underfloor heating will that be a problem?

Thanks

Paul

Ply and concrete, is there any movement in the ply deflection etc?
Limestone will have to be cut with a wet cutter, and i keep a clean bucket of water by the cutter s as i can rinse it off after i have cut it. when you have chosen the tile to cut i check it for cracks etc before i cut it as you dont want it to come apart as you are cutting it as you will have to do it again. and to keep it clean as you are tiling.
you will have to incorparate an expansion joint between the two substrates ply and screed and carry it threw the tiles, especially as there is under floor heating as the two substrates expand at different rates.
I would also use a de-coupling membrane as there is under floor heating to allow for the latteral movement,
I also seal before i grout and then apply a second coat of sealer once the grout is dry.
hope this helps...
