I will do mate, i really need to find someone with the earlier model to do a comparision as this model has some minor improvements.

Hi Neale I just saw your thread. Congrats on the saw-you are going to love it. I have the earliest, earliest version because we field-tested it for DeWalt. If you want to look at something on the machine, post pics, etc., just let me know.

I was just trying to find out what other modifications they had done between models.
I know they have altered the screw on side plate by adding grooves and that the mounting point where the arm bolts to the main frame has a further 2 locating pins to stop any twisting of the arm on the 4 bolts that could happen over time and use.
