he is a Canadian builder on sky known for his belt and braces approach!!! If the regulations say to screw something in every foot, he will glue screw every inch with larger screws. He is good but i sometimes wonder who pics up the bill for his work! I have seen episodes where i didn't think there tiler had done that great a job but i suppose things are just different in other countries. He loves ditra too! Its caled Holmes on homes.. Enjoy
