'84 Metro 1.0 City, less than basic, no glove box, reversing light, *** lighter, parcel shelf, rear seatbelts, passenger door mirror, prob more but was 22 years ago and trying my best to forget the heap, got missing bits from scrappies then traded it in for MG version on a B which I promptly wrote off :-(

Sold the Golf and got an Audi S2. Was a 2.2 5 cylinder turbo 4wd with about 230bhp standard. This was my last fun car, had to sell it to buy a van and family car. Lost a fortune on it. :mad2:

My Mrs is the biggest petrol head now!

Mine was a purple mini 850 with silver stripes and a a era turbo body kit. I loved that car but a bit to much speed into a corner sent her to a early grave.

1st car was an 1100 Ford Escort MK1, well it was actually 2 cars welded together I found out later but lasted me a while. Then a MK 2 Capri 1600. Then a Morris Minor Van. Also had the run of vans from the company I worked for consisting of Marinas, Itals, Bedford CF, Transits, Sherpas, Nissans, Astras.
Next car owned by me was a Datsun Cherry, then a Vauxhall Combo. A Toyota Hilux while living in Australia . On return to the UK I had an Astra estate 1.7 dti and then the Zafira 2.0 dti. None of them you could class as anything special in the way of boys toys.
