It is the full site already. It's a responsive design so changes with the screen size. Try going landscape with your phone it includes a bit more content then.

No, why?
If u've earned it, u've earned it! I think those that put the time and effort in should be recognised.
Also I'd imagine from a visitors point of view, it's useful to see a member who has a respected position within the forum, especially when seeking advice. Not saying their advice is necessarily any better, but if someone like Doug agrees with other opinions posted then surely it should inspire confidence in the visitor asking questions.

I always think when the staff have more badges than the rest of the forum, it's unfair perhaps?

The best one to earn is the staff badge, and the JOTM/JOTY badges and he has those.

It goes without saying that staff have access to the arms and trusted advisors forum though.

Unfair? Can't see why myself, a member of staff should be instantly recognisable!
If someone thinks it's unfair and they're NOT member of staff, then it's up to them to change that isn't it?
I think they should keep their trusted advisor badge too if they're worthy of it, it all goes toward promoting the professional service that you are providing.
But that's just me 😀
