Unfair? Can't see why myself, a member of staff should be instantly recognisable!
If someone thinks it's unfair and they're NOT member of staff, then it's up to them to change that isn't it?
I think they should keep their trusted advisor badge too if they're worthy of it, it all goes toward promoting the professional service that you are providing.
But that's just me 😀

I'm totally with you but as a forum so large with so many usergroups, we can easily get knocked for handing them out to the staff quicker than we do the members.

I'll have a chat with the moderators though and see if the trusted badge is worth sticking back on for the tilers amongst them.

Well I was 17 and it was my first time at sea with the Royal Navy and it was put to me like this when I asked why I had to have a bottom bunk as opposed to middle or top...... "Well son it's like this, I was in Bagdad before u were in your dads bag, and Rank Has Its Privilages, now go away and earn your stripes!"
Needless to say, I had no reply! 😀
