Yeah didn`t get alot of sleep,trying not roll over in bed etc etc,this morning was really bad until pain killers took effect.just going to take it easy and it`l take time but i`ll up and about soon enough just taken last tablets of the day and had a pint glass of pure orandge juice and 2 (senna :20::smilewinkgrin🙂tablets lol

NO - no orange juice. It's too acidic and will make all joint and soft tissue pain worse. Drink apple or pear juice. No citrus, no pineapple, no tomatoes (biochemistry - just trust me on this). Take Milkthistle tincture to help your liver metabolise all the painkillers.

Drink water and normal tea, and follow the advise I told Vicky about. End of 'prescription....for now....:smilewinkgrin:
