feel bad as i told you it was great.have had no bother exept with metal cutter as mate blunted it removing grout with wrong tool.Does smoke like a bandit when cutting anything though:furious3:

I think it's fair to say that this isn't a new found problem lol. Rip it off and re-Silicon with equal mess I say! Let the plumber come get it off again in the future should it break! lol

Smokes like hell, thought the house was burning down!!! How long do your carbhide blades last on average? I did about 15m re grout and seemed to be struggling towards the end. Can you re sharpen em?
