Price for fixing black star galaxy granite

Good evening. Went to look at a job today. 11m2 of black star galaxy granite to be fixed in an entrance hall and run into a downstairs toilet. What would you guys be looking at pricing per m2 for laying these tiles. The substrate is concrete which is currently covered with a wooden floor. Tiles are 600x300. The main cuts are around the door architraves. Also what would be the recommended sealer to use on these tiles.

should be two days plus addy as for sealer you need to check if it needs sealing 80%of granite doesnt need sealing

Pete's spot on. 2days plus adv, grout, sealer if needed. And a bit extra if you have to get rid of waste and old flooring.

I would be looking at 1 day for this or grouting next morning.
I would be more concerned about what state the concretes in below the wooden floor.
Good chance it might need a bit of slc..

Who's removing the old floor, toilet, basin pedestal and door. And putting all back?

I'd be expecting 2 days + materials, black grout probably with a bit of cleaning up to do

I'd be looking at fixing on a stone rate where I live at £40/50m2 as I would earn more. As above with the removal of bathroom furniture and also the state of the substrate.

Hi all. Thanks for your replies. The floor is being removed by the customer so I've said I'll pop back and see what the state of the concrete. Unfortunately after trying the toilet will not be coming out.
In relation to sealing the tiles what would you guys recommend the best way to apply the sealer. I normally use a roller. Also what sealers do you use.

you wont be able to cut round a toilet with those tiles and make a decent job of it..

ive been tiling 30 year, and I wouldn't even attempt it as it will look naff..
