largest area 7mx4m but total area about100m ufh was up and going


:welcome:Are the majority of lifting tiles in the 7 x 4 area? if so then Daves right too much stress and not enough room to expand. Skimmed on the back of the tiles could of helped prevent it. But that large area really needs to have an expansion joint. Did you grout the perimeters or Silicon?

l did recomend them but owners declined

The owner has employed you to fix the tiles ,and should of been guided by you ,lack of expansion joints is part of the problem , unless you have it in writing that the expansion joints were not allowed by owner you may have to wear this one '


Sorry if i come across a bit blunt but expansion joints are not optional
