no they dont think im new and dont think its my first job, they said they want tiles around the £15m2 range
 
hmm feels like it at the mo, cant say ill be interested in shopping for tiles for others anytime soon, least it'll get the ball rolling :yes:
 
Yeah, they sound a bit wierd not giving you any specs, just how much they want to spend on them :lol:
 
well i had more specs than that... they wanted tiles similar to these

ya still looking at £30 m2 ceramic or porce ask the guys on here what they charge , ya got to ask your self how many m2 you can lay in a day , can you make a profit, ie more then your day rate , are you charging them for the shopping of the tiles (its your time) time is money ,

If you do get the job mate, you'll be able to buy that last square meter of carpet tiles, missing from your picture :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
mr spoon i do alot of commercial work and i do walls for 18 m2 i did try 20 but they werent havin it depends where in the country u are the building firm who i do work for think im expensive but caus they know im a decent tiler.

my advice is stay at 18m2 if they like your work then push for more money trust me if they dont like you they ll kick you off the job

start at 18 then try for more worth a try
