How do you find out what software version it is mate? I'll give it a go really quickly now and see if that does anything.

Nah, I end up on the picture settings menu with no option to select rebuild.

My EPG software version is 8.4.0 mutlisomething (I didn't write it down lol) v3.0.0.

Don't know what make actual box it is.

I press services and hit 001 and left twice, quickly, and I just end up on a picture settings menu screen.

Any clues?

Dan.. all you do is hit 0 1 .. then it goes to the twice left bit... not 001..

Thats for sky +.. On the HD box.. you have to rebuild..
