Sleeping tactics???

Last few months my bodyclock has gone too pot and i dont know why. I dont go to bed till 1,30 to 3,30 in morning even if i went too bed at at 9 id lay in bed bored for hours. even when i go too bed at 3.30 i still lay in bed looking at cieling.

the wife goes to bed a 9 and a soon as her head hits pilow shes asleep. and im gelouse off that lol.

Iv noticed alot off you guys are on here till late.

N e tips or suggestions?

I wish Mike! I was sitting out in the garden last week at 4am with a cuppa..(dont worry mosaic girl it was de-caff). One thing MG did recommend was that Nytol Herbal, it is good....to good....I slept through my alarm and only woke when Lenny was doing his pieces wanting to be fed.
Mike you can be a member of our 'midnight club'.

He's my new addition to chez pebbs, a rescue cat. I couldnt resist his spiderweb paws, and the fact that he was deemed to be 'unhomeable'.

The wife sleeps as shes up at 4am to go too work. I tried getting up with her and it made me even worse but in a fowl mood as well lol.

I think that could be the case, But i dont get chance too lol espeacilly during the 6 weeks as im being the housewife whilst kids are off lol. When i am asleep a bomb could go off and it wouldnt wake me up We are yet too find a alarm clock that will wake me.
