I did a quote the other day that came to £900. It included 4 days Labour, Hardiebacker boards, tanking kit, chrome trim, adhesive, grout etc.

I got an email back from the customer the next day and she asked me if that included the £500 worth of wall and floor tiles that she had chosen!

Obviously your breakdown of costs was not explicit enough!
But then again some people have no idea of labour costs.
