Hi all,

Bought myself one of these Stanley Mobile Project centres and I think it's the bee's knees. A bit too wide but that's not really a problem as a table ( like the Black and Decker Work Mate ) it's a tad too wide when it turns into a trolly to cart your gear about. Look them up, I found a lot of reviews on them, mostly got a big thumbs up.

Just dug out my old Rotozip after buying new tile bits for it, was nervous though as I ain't turned it on since May 2004 ! Thought it might explode so switched on with closed eyes and looking the other way :yikes:The Stanley table held the tile well and let me use the Rotozip for it's intended purpose without any problems. Wet cutter sits on it well also and at a good hight. Trolly is nothing special, but is very usefull. To be honest the trolly option is what made me chose this table over the Workmate.

Well happy with it, does look a bit flash though, customers are going to think i'm a right posh g1t. Look them up and see for yourself.

If you preffer a table to work on this is really useful, and having the added benifit of a trolly to cart all your gear from the van in less trips can only be a good thing. As for me my drive way is about 30 metres long with the last 15 metre being path and lawn so using the trolly is great in reducing the amount of times I need to go back to the van as I always clear out the van every night. I've had a workmate before and I rate them highly, but this is something else

Had it a few days now and still very pleased with it, I also only paid 40 for it as no one else bid on it, lucky me. My house now stinks as the rotozip just set on fire in my hands. I'm fine, until the missus comes home and smells a ultra strong mixture of Fabreez and burt motor / plastic ! I knew it would set on fire, I just had a feel it would :mad2:

poyton phil I was simply using it on a cheap ceramic tile, had been asked to "write" someones name through it which is easy with the rotozip. wasw getting to the end of the name then sparks and smoke belted out of the top, I hit the off switch but is still kept on going. Pulled the plug and through it in an empty tin bucket.

I have the Project centre without the storage box, the one I have is either a Market Trader style trolley that turns into a table, I know the one you mean but this is different, no storage at all.
