Been to job and back again, but had to go out as I'm the main key-holder and customer is in Barbados till christmas.... Had to go and open gates on drive in case any deliveries came, but no men on job till tomorrow.

we've got about 5 inch here now, but I don't mind as long as we can get 25 miles up the road to Center Parcs this morning:hurray:

I take it you'll be leaving the bikes and taking the sledges........

Had a laugh to myself this morning when i helped a stuck motorist, and towed them a mile to the main road. They had a "Ban 4x4's" sticker on his back window. It does amaze me how people think they are going to get to work driving small cars, when there are several inches of snow on un-cleared roads. On my 10 mile round trip this morning, I past dozens of stuck motorists out on the road driving Ford Ka's and Corsa's, and a Fiat 500 in a field. I helped a few people out this morning and don't mind, but it does get a bit tedious when some drivers should have stayed at home, as they have no clue on how to drive in the snow!

Stewart, your pics are giving me flashbacks to last February's "SnowMagedon" :yikes::yikes::yikes: (~four feet in one storm!)

I'm seriously looking/hoping/praying for a winter with NO snow.
