And so it begins. I already have a good idea how my day is going to go, when my first customer conversation goes along the lines of:

Me: Good morning, how can I help?
Cust: Hi. My builder bought some crackle glaze tiles from you for our new kitchen extension, he's fitted and grouted them and they have discoloured.
Me: Did your builder seal them?
Cust: .................. They need sealing???
