Yes..... But it's common curtsey for the home owner to keep constant supply of tea, coffee and if you're lucky biscuits, to keep your tradesmen happy... 🙂

Tiling the kitchen tomorrow so will pull out all the stops... Tell them I'm turning the power off so they might want to boil the kettle..... If that don't work.... Then I give up !!
